Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a VP of Operations to take on a pivotal role in directing and leading all hands-on operational needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives to enhance the brand's system, including improving average unit volume growth, positive check count, and overall system profitability. This role demands a leader who can meet or exceed sales and profit expectations, maintain operational standards, and forecast business trends. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with analyzing and synthesizing large amounts of data, making key business decisions, and ensuring the implementation of operational brand strategies that contribute to profitability at all levels. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in restaurant operations and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a franchisor environment. A consistent record of meeting operational commitments is essential, and experience in restaurant marketing is a plus. The role requires strong financial acumen, problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The VP of Operations will be expected to have excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and various operational POS systems. The position also involves maintaining budget controls, ensuring compliance with company and brand standards, and fostering a culture that reflects the company's core values.
