Associate Vice President, HR Business Partner Greater Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, HR Business Partner to align people plans with business strategy and provide timely HR support to senior business leaders. Responsibilities include advising and coaching managers on HR policies, performance management, and complex employee relations; leading talent development, succession, retention, and organizational restructuring initiatives; and partnering with HR specialists to strengthen workforce capability. The role also oversees team performance, departmental planning and reporting, and the effective implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and controls. It also supports adherence to conflict-of-interest and conduct requirements. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline, and have at least six years of relevant experience in the banking sector, including two years in a similar HR consultancy role with increasing managerial responsibility. A master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred. Strong HR advisory, coaching, stakeholder partnership, talent management, and organizational change capabilities are important for success.
