Vice President, Organization Development

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Organization Development with a focus on managing change and transformation initiatives in line with the company's operating model and business requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking organizational diagnostics, recommending enhancements, and supporting the digital transformation of the OD function by integrating AI, automation, and advanced analytics. This role involves partnering with senior leaders to design and implement organizational solutions, leading the development of organization-wide programs, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives to drive team performance. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in organization development, design, HR business partnering, or HR consulting, preferably within large corporate or consulting environments. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in workforce planning, position management, and organizational structuring. Technical skills should include expertise in organization design methodologies, knowledge of HR best practices, and experience with AI and automation tools. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for advanced degrees or HR certifications. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to engage senior stakeholders, and a proactive approach to staying abreast of emerging technologies in the field.
