Associate Vice President, HR Onboarding Greater Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of HR Onboarding to manage onboarding for new hires, internal transfers, and migrating employees. The role oversees end-to-end workflows, including document collection, visa processing, travel arrangements, IT setup, and induction scheduling, while coordinating with HR partners, hiring managers, and candidates. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, monitoring onboarding KPIs and timelines, and managing onboarding dashboards. The successful candidate will also support Emiratization goals, improve the experience for new hires, and contribute to initiatives that enhance onboarding processes. Candidates should have 5–8 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of HR onboarding. They should be skilled in strategy development and execution, data analysis, research, and presenting insights drawn from internal metrics and external benchmarks. Experience preparing materials for senior leadership and building cross-functional alignment is required. The role also calls for sound judgment in ambiguous situations and the ability to connect insights across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
