The Company is seeking a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to lead the establishment and oversight of the risk management framework for its exchange and clearing operations. The CRO will be responsible for independent risk oversight, ensuring the stability of the exchange and clearing ecosystem, and managing a wide range of risks including market integrity, clearing and settlement activities, liquidity, operational resilience, and systemic risks. Key responsibilities for the CRO include developing and maintaining the risk management framework in compliance with regulatory requirements, overseeing risk governance processes, and conducting various risk assessment and management exercises. The role also involves promoting a culture of risk awareness and operational resilience across the organization. Candidates for the CRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and significant experience in risk management within financial market infrastructure. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly those of the ADGM, and experience in engaging with regulators and senior stakeholders is essential.
