Head of Markets Solutions

The Company is seeking a Head of Markets Solutions to develop investment strategies across foreign exchange, interest rates, commodities, and equities. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, translating macroeconomic views into investment solutions, and leading derivatives, structuring, and hedging strategies. The role partners with investment teams on portfolio positioning and risk management, while providing market insights to inform investment decisions. The successful candidate will also develop solutions for institutional clients and support effective investment decision-making. Candidates should have more than 15 years of global markets experience, including essential experience in international banking. A strong cross-asset background and expertise in derivatives, structuring, macro strategy, or cross-asset solutions are required. Applicants should understand global markets and macroeconomic trends and have experience developing investment or hedging solutions for institutional clients. Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills are also essential.
