Vice President, Credit, Digitization & AI Portfolio Management Greater Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to coordinate the end-to-end strategy and delivery of digitization and AI initiatives across its credit operations. The role will develop and prioritize roadmaps, align projects with business goals, and ensure investments deliver measurable commercial value. Responsibilities include owning initiatives from ideation through implementation, coordinating with business and risk teams, and communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will also advance portfolio analytics to identify risks and growth opportunities, support AI-driven lending models, and foster adoption of digital and AI capabilities across the organization. Candidates should have more than 10 years of financial services experience, including recent hands-on work developing digitization and AI projects. Strong knowledge of AI and digitization technologies, data science, and business process transformation is required. The role calls for effective collaboration across teams and organizational levels, along with flexibility and adaptability to lead change. Candidates should also be able to mentor colleagues and support the development of team skills.
