Vice President, Enterprise Risk

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Risk to lead its enterprise risk management strategy and strengthen risk practices across a large, complex organization. The role partners closely with executive leadership, advising on business strategy, investments, and risk-related decisions. Responsibilities include developing and implementing risk management frameworks and overseeing enterprise-wide risk assessments, risk appetite, reporting, and governance. Candidates should have at least 18 years of professional experience, including 12 years of international experience, and a strong record of implementing enterprise risk management frameworks in heavy industry. They should bring expertise in risk assessments, risk appetite, reporting, and governance, along with experience advising senior executives. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, science, or a related field is required; a master’s degree in risk management or an MBA is preferred.
