Vice President, HSEQ Segment International People Greater Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for HSEQ Segment International. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering a high-quality HSEQ strategy and plan that is globally aligned and compliant with segment-specific requirements. This role involves driving the adoption of standardized systems, processes, and tools to ensure operational excellence and mitigate risks. The VP will also be tasked with aligning group HSEQ strategy with regional and local business objectives, defining and monitoring all HSEQ activities, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a robust HSEQ governance framework, executing internal audits, and coordinating investigations of incidents. The ideal candidate should have a very good knowledge of HSEQ regulations and standards, strong proficiency in implementing effective HSEQ strategies, and the ability to align HSEQ objectives with the overall business strategy. They must also have excellent communication skills, the ability to build and manage relationships, and a proven track record of leading and developing large teams. The role requires a strategic thinker who can contribute to the global HSEQ leadership team and shape policy and initiatives.
