The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Private Equity division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the private equity fund administration team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. This role involves managing a team of professionals, providing leadership, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. The Vice President will also be involved in strategic planning, business development, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Applicants must have a University degree in a relevant discipline, with a minimum of 7 years' of related work experience in the financial services industry, particularly within a hedge fund administrator and/or investment company. A proven track record of at least 2 years' in formal people management and leadership is essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong interest in financial markets and the hedge fund industry, as well as superior communication skills, and a highly analytical approach to business processes, accounting, and allocation systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint, is also a key requirement.
