Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the strategic, commercial, and operational performance of a mental health service. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, strong financial results, and sustainable service growth. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, improving clinical quality and operational efficiency, strengthening referral pathways and community partnerships, and leading multidisciplinary teams. The CEO will also oversee clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance while working with senior stakeholders to advance organizational priorities. Candidates should bring proven senior leadership experience in healthcare, mental health, or a similarly complex service environment, along with strong commercial acumen and a record of delivering financial and operational results. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, developing accountable workplace cultures, and engaging effectively with clinicians and external stakeholders is essential. The role also requires demonstrated ability to drive growth, service improvement, and organizational change, plus a sound understanding of clinical governance, quality, risk, and regulatory requirements.
