Interim Vice-President & Executive Dean, College of Medicine & Public Health

The Company is seeking a Vice-President and Executive Dean to provide strategic and academic leadership across a large College of Medicine and Public Health. The role will advance research excellence, educational quality, and external engagement, while strengthening academic capability, partnerships, and the impact of research. The successful candidate will lead the College’s next phase of growth, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and contribute to broader institutional priorities. They will also build productive relationships with clinical, government, and research partners. Candidates should be distinguished academic and research leaders with a PhD or equivalent qualification and an outstanding record of research achievement. They must have demonstrated success building and leading high-performing academic environments, along with the strategic, financial, and organizational capabilities to lead a large, complex College. Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and people-development skills are essential, as is the ability to engage credibly with medical and research communities and contribute to institution-wide goals.
