Chief Watch Officer Greater Al Ahmadi, Kuwait Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Watch Officer to lead Network Operations Center (NOC) management and oversee real-time monitoring, initial troubleshooting, service restoration, reporting, staffing, and training. Responsibilities include maintaining operational continuity plans, identifying future capability needs, and overseeing the implementation of required systems and equipment. The role also supports network and system monitoring, outage response and trend analysis, incident triage, trouble-ticket management, and operational status reporting. The Chief Watch Officer will supervise personnel, manage schedules and compliance activities, and proactively identify and address operational issues. Candidates must have a degree in IT or a related field, with relevant experience potentially substituting for education, and at least three years of IT supervisory or management experience. Previous NOC experience, customer-service experience, and an active Secret clearance are required; lead or supervisory experience is preferred. A current ITIL Foundation certification and at least one approved baseline certification plus one computing-environment certification are also required. Candidates must meet applicable workforce certification requirements and be able to perform the role’s physical duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and wearing protective equipment for extended periods.
