Managing Director, Technology

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow an established technology team. This hands-on role involves shaping the technology organization, staying close to engineering work, challenging architecture decisions, and scaling the team as operations expand. The Managing Director will contribute to both technical design reviews and senior leadership discussions, while operating with substantial autonomy and maintaining alignment with global technology leadership. Candidates should bring 15–20 or more years of senior technology leadership experience, ideally including work in global financial centres. Deep expertise in infrastructure, platform engineering, or core technology is required, along with experience building systems and leading teams of 50 or more engineers. The role calls for a record of scaling and developing high-performing technology organizations, an entrepreneurial and execution-focused approach, and strong cultural fluency across Western and Indian working environments.
