Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to play a pivotal role in the development, leadership, and evolution of a new-generation media platform. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and other business leaders to define the strategy and roadmap for delivering cutting-edge products. This is a critical position for scaling and growing the business, and the CTO will be responsible for driving the technical vision and ensuring the platform's success in the market. Applicants for the CTO role at the company should have 15-20 years' of experience, with a strong background in online media, new-gen media, and internet and technology domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building both B2B and B2C, customer-centric products and software that can operate at a large scale. Experience in developing technical capabilities that foster rapid innovation and the ability to build high-performing teams focused on innovation and collaboration are essential. The role requires a leader with deep knowledge of modern full-stack development practices and hands-on experience in digital initiatives, big data, mobile apps, AI & ML, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. The CTO will be instrumental in driving the company's technical strategy and must be prepared to take on a senior leadership position within the organization.
