The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its global management team and play a key role in the strategic and financial growth of the organization. The CFO will be responsible for leading the finance, accounting, and compliance team, providing financial steering and oversight, and driving system transformation with a focus on data-driven insights. This role requires a proven executive leader with a global perspective, hands-on experience in implementing new accounting/ERP software, and a strong compliance and security mindset, including exposure to ISO 27001 frameworks. The successful candidate will be a people-first leader, capable of managing and mentoring a team of finance and compliance professionals, and will be based in the Netherlands. As the CFO, you will be at the forefront of the company's mission to accelerate the energy transition and will be expected to contribute to a more sustainable world on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep international finance experience, be an English speaker with exceptional communication skills, and be adept at aligning international teams and stakeholders. The role is highly collaborative and requires a proactive approach, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to work seamlessly across different regions and currencies. The CFO will also be the ultimate responsible executive for governance, risk, and compliance, ensuring the company's financial operations are seamless and in line with regulatory standards across all operating countries.
