Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead its transition from a data business into a scalable software business. The CTO will shape technology strategy and architecture, modernize data and legacy platforms, and guide decisions about what to build, buy, or source. Working in close partnership with Product, the CTO will co-own a unified product, technology, and data roadmap, while improving delivery across cross-functional engineering teams. The role also includes overseeing key technology relationships, supporting continued growth of the data business, and advancing software capabilities across customer and operational processes. As a member of the leadership team, the CTO will guide organizational transformation, including the practical adoption of AI, and be accountable for security, privacy by design, and compliance. Candidates should bring more than 10 years of technology leadership experience, including participation in a multidisciplinary management team, and a background in software engineering. A track record in SaaS transformation or scaling SaaS services is required, along with experience modernizing legacy and data platforms and making build, buy, and partner decisions. The role calls for strong people leadership, including developing engineering leaders and fostering a culture of ownership. Candidates should be able to balance customer, commercial, and technical priorities and apply security, privacy, and responsible AI practices pragmatically.
