Senior Legal Counsel, Technology

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to advise on complex legal and strategic matters in a technology-focused environment. The role partners with business teams, management, and senior stakeholders on product development, commercial collaborations, international growth, and strategic decisions. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts; advising on intellectual property, privacy, governance, compliance, and risk; and providing legal guidance on projects, partnerships, investments, and transformation initiatives. The counsel will translate legal risks into practical business solutions and collaborate closely with research and development, sales, and leadership teams. Candidates must hold a university degree in law and have at least eight years of relevant legal experience, including substantial in-house counsel and/or law firm experience. Experience in technology, deep technology, or another innovative sector is an advantage. Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and expertise in areas such as intellectual property, privacy, or governance are required. Applicants should be fluent in Dutch and English and bring an independent, pragmatic, commercially minded approach, with the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and persuasively.
