Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to strengthen and scale the finance function of a growing, multi-location services business. The CFO will standardize reporting, accounting procedures, and financial controls; improve financial visibility and support operational decision-making; and build repeatable processes for integrating future acquisitions. Responsibilities include developing the finance team, improving month-end close and reporting accuracy, establishing inventory and warranty accounting processes, and partnering with operational leaders. The role also supports acquisition diligence and integration, lender reporting, and preparation for future growth and an eventual exit. Candidates should bring finance leadership experience in a private equity-backed, multi-location services business, with prior CFO experience or readiness to step up from a senior finance leadership role. Strong technical accounting skills and experience with multi-entity consolidation, accruals, audits, financial reporting, inventory and warranty accounting, lender reporting, and debt covenant calculations are required. Applicants should have completed at least two to three acquisition integrations and be able to build effective teams and partner with operational leaders. Experience with field services, operational improvement, exit preparation, and relevant financial systems is advantageous; a CPA qualification is preferred.
