The Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate & Leveraged Finance to underwrite credit opportunities and actively manage a complex client portfolio. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence and financial analysis, recommending transaction structures and risk strategies, and overseeing refinancings, amendments, renewals, and credit approvals. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, monitoring risk ratings and watchlists, identifying emerging credit concerns, and ensuring credit decisions and legal documentation comply with policy and regulatory requirements. The Vice President will also recruit, train, and mentor junior colleagues. Candidates must have an undergraduate degree and at least five years of experience in underwriting, portfolio management, and credit decision-making for corporate and investment banking clients. Strong knowledge of accounting, credit, structuring, underwriting, and legal documentation is required, along with excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The role requires the Series 79, Series 63, and SIE licenses. Coursework in accounting or finance and expertise in a relevant industry or geography are preferred.
