Vice President of Clinic Operations Greater Atlanta, GA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinic Operations to lead operations across a multi-site healthcare network and prepare it for continued growth. The role oversees clinic workflows, patient access and capacity planning, scheduling, staffing standards, and resource deployment, while leading regional and clinic operations leaders. The successful candidate will establish enterprise-wide performance scorecards and operating reviews, improve patient experience and care progression, and ensure documentation, compliance, and audit readiness. They will also guide operational budgeting and financial performance, build leadership succession plans, and prepare new sites, services, and acquisitions for launch. Candidates should have at least 10 years of healthcare operations experience, including five or more years leading multi-site or regional operations through layers of leaders. Demonstrated results in patient access, capacity planning, scheduling, workforce models, and operational standardization are required, along with experience opening sites, integrating acquisitions, or scaling service lines. A bachelor’s degree is required; an MHA, MBA, MPH, or similar qualification is preferred. Experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, medical-legal services, multi-specialty care, rehabilitation, imaging, urgent care, or healthcare management services is an advantage.
