Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to translate enterprise strategy into measurable priorities, operating rhythms, and results. The role partners with the CEO and senior leaders to drive performance, accountability, and cross-functional initiatives, while providing candid counsel and turning complex business issues into clear recommendations. Responsibilities include strengthening operating processes and performance metrics, leading transformation and special projects, and preparing executive and board communications. The Chief of Staff may also represent the CEO, support functions or business units, and help identify opportunities to improve growth, profitability, and organizational effectiveness. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and an MBA or related master’s degree; an advanced degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field is preferred. At least five years of progressive experience in areas such as operations, strategy, finance, technology, transformation, or commercial operations is required, along with hands-on experience leading operational improvement or performance initiatives. Applicants should bring strong financial and quantitative skills, structured problem-solving ability, and experience translating analysis into practical execution. Excellent communication, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential, as are initiative, adaptability, and depth in at least one operationally relevant area.
