Managing Director, AI Solution Consulting Greater Austin, TX Area

The Company is seeking a Managing Director, AI Solution Consulting to lead its US agentic AI business. The role will advise senior client executives on where AI can create value, shape solutions that combine custom agents with existing platforms, and establish measurable business cases and ROI. Responsibilities include developing and closing opportunities, leading proposals and commercial models, overseeing a portfolio of AI programs, and ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction. The Managing Director will also set standards for responsible AI governance, build and lead a high-performing consulting team, and contribute to thought leadership in AI-enabled marketing and customer experience. Candidates should have 12 or more years of experience in consulting, customer experience, marketing technology, or AI, including at least five years leading a portfolio, P&L, or practice in a technology or marketing consultancy. They should understand marketing operations and the consumer journey, and be able to identify how AI can improve campaign planning, content production, CRM, personalization, and customer experiences. Practical experience taking generative or agentic AI from pilot to production, with measurable results, is required, along with a record of originating and closing multimillion-dollar programs. Strong executive communication, collaboration, and experience building and inspiring high-performing consulting teams are also essential.
