Chief of Staff, Critical Power

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with senior leadership and drive execution of growth strategy, operational priorities, and technology initiatives. Responsibilities include leading business operating rhythms and strategic planning, developing performance metrics and executive dashboards, and coordinating cross-functional programs. The role also supports product and technology strategy, market analysis, investment prioritization, acquisition evaluations, due diligence, and integration planning. Additional duties include advancing organizational effectiveness, leading transformation projects, preparing executive communications, and identifying responsible AI opportunities with appropriate governance and controls. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. The role requires 5–7 years of experience in strategy, business operations, product management, consulting, corporate development, or related leadership work, ideally in a technology-driven, infrastructure, industrial, or manufacturing environment. Applicants should bring experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, exposure to M&A or strategic partnerships, and strong financial, operational, and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication, executive influencing, program management, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership skills are essential.
