Vice President, Commercial FP&A

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Financial Planning and Analysis to serve as the senior finance partner to commercial leadership. The role will guide financial planning and investment decisions across retail, real estate, wholesale, international expansion, and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include leading budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, performance reviews, and financial analysis; evaluating store and market investments; and developing reporting and performance measures that support profitable growth. The Vice President will also build and lead a commercial finance team, strengthen financial processes, and provide clear recommendations to senior leaders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field, along with at least 15 years of progressive FP&A or commercial finance experience, including senior leadership in a multi-unit retail or consumer business. Required expertise includes store-level profitability, real estate underwriting, capital allocation, wholesale economics, customer profitability, and financial modeling. The ideal candidate has experience developing teams and improving planning, business intelligence, or management reporting capabilities. Strong executive communication, sound judgment, accuracy, accountability, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners are essential.
