Vice President, FP&A

The Company is seeking a Vice President of FP&A to lead enterprise financial planning, consolidation, management reporting, and Board reporting. The role translates strategy into financial plans, assesses performance, and supports decisions across corporate functions, ecommerce, technology, and supply chain operations. Responsibilities include overseeing forecasts, budgets, long-range plans, financial models, and executive reporting; partnering with senior leaders on spending, workforce planning, investments, and operational performance; and identifying risks, opportunities, and actions to improve results. The Vice President will also serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, lead cross-functional financial analysis, and develop a team of finance professionals. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is preferred. At least 15 years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership in corporate FP&A and business finance within retail, consumer products, or a similarly complex business, is required. Applicants should bring experience with enterprise planning, consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and executive and Board reporting, along with knowledge of supply chain economics and corporate function finance. Strong financial modeling, scenario analysis, communication, and team leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to influence senior leaders and turn analysis into practical business decisions.
