Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and hands-on oversight of its finance function. The CFO will advise ownership and senior leadership on financial and operational matters, oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and treasury, and guide annual planning and performance analysis. Responsibilities include developing financial and operational metrics, managing banking relationships and financial risk, and ensuring accurate reporting, effective internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards. The role also partners with operational leaders to improve efficiency and profitability, develops finance staff, and identifies opportunities to strengthen systems and processes. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a CPA or MBA is preferred. At least 10 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience is required, including prior service as a CFO, controller, finance director, or senior finance executive. Strong capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, strategic planning, accounting operations, and internal controls are essential, along with work-in-progress reporting experience. Experience supporting project-based or professional services organizations is desirable, as are effective communication skills and a hands-on leadership approach that balances strategic direction with day-to-day execution.
