Executive Director Greater Baltimore, MD Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations and create a vibrant, engaging living environment for residents and a supportive workplace for associates. The role oversees service quality, resident satisfaction, team engagement, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The Executive Director leads functional directors and works across hospitality, health services, dining, programming, sales, maintenance, and business operations. Success requires balancing strategic priorities with hands-on leadership and independent decision-making. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, successful operations experience in senior living or a related setting, and at least three years of management experience in a similar environment. Strong people leadership, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Applicants should be proficient with office software, internet tools, and relevant systems for marketing, payroll, and accounts payable and receivable. State licensing requirements must be met where applicable.
