Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Greater Bangkok, Thailand Area

The Company is seeking a Founder & CEO to lead a groundbreaking venture that aims to transform the carbon removal landscape in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of a mission to turn the region's agricultural residue, particularly rice straw, into a verified carbon removal supply chain. This role is not for a traditional carbon-markets consultant or pure software founder; the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running a physical rural aggregation supply chain at scale, with strong relationships and respect in the field. Responsibilities include selecting the initial district for operation, winning the trust of farmers, baling contractors, and mills, and ultimately, moving real tonnes of agricultural residue to be converted into premium carbon credits. The role demands a leader with B2B commercial instinct, comfort with data and digital tools, and the ability to operate in ambiguity. Fluency in Thai and English is essential, as is the ability to engage with both local farmers and global carbon buyers. The role of Founder & CEO at the company is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneur with a passion for climate tech and a deep understanding of the agricultural landscape in Thailand. The ideal candidate will be a founder or senior operator with experience in a related field, such as agritech or climate, and a strong desire to make a significant impact. The company is backed by a national energy corporation, providing a strategic advantage in terms of logistics, capital, and credibility. The selected founder will work closely with the company's team and the corporate partner to build the venture, hire the founding team, and establish the company as a trusted name in carbon removal. This is a fast-paced, high-stakes role that requires the ability to make decisive calls and navigate through the challenges of rural operations. If you are ready to take on the challenge of ending field burning in Thailand and building a regional company to do so, this is your chance to lead a transformative venture with the support of a full-stack venture studio.
