The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating value delivery, enabling cross-team flow, and ensuring alignment with product outcomes and organizational agility goals. This includes proactively identifying, tracking, and resolving delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments, as well as fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. The role is essential in the context of the company's digital transformation and expansion of business capabilities, particularly in the adoption of advanced technologies such as cloud, artificial intelligence, and robotics process automation. Candidates for the Agile Delivery Steward position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15-18 years' of experience in information technology. A deep understanding of agile delivery, engineering enablement, and flow optimization is required, along with proficiency in tooling ecosystems such as Jira, Power Automate, and CI/CD telemetry. The ideal candidate will have certifications in agile methodologies, such as LeSS, SAFe RTE, Certified Scrum Master, or Professional Scrum Master.
