The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Data Quality Governance Manager, Agentic AI to strengthen enterprise data quality and governance. Responsibilities include maintaining metadata catalogs and lineage, profiling datasets, investigating root causes, defining and implementing data quality rules, and monitoring pipelines, metrics, and alerts. The role also manages data concerns through remediation plans and partners with business, technology, and data stakeholders to resolve issues and support audit, certification, and policy compliance. In addition, the manager will design and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions, including agentic workflows, to improve data quality processes and decision-making. Candidates should bring 10+ years of hands-on experience in people management and data quality, MIS, or data management, including at least seven years in banking. A master’s degree in a relevant field or a bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer applications, or engineering is required. Strong skills in Python, SAS, SQL, Teradata, and Collibra are sought, along with experience in data governance, quality frameworks, audit, and risk controls. Experience with prompt engineering, LLM applications, AI agents, and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph is preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, project management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills are also important.
