Vice President, Operations & Reporting

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Operations and Reporting with a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting capabilities. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in advancing the function through innovative solutions, and the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable dashboards, predictive analytics, and data visualization solutions. The role involves leading complex data initiatives, transforming large datasets into actionable insights, and driving the adoption of modern BI tools. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 10-12+ years of experience in operations and reporting, and a proven track record in management information reporting and operations. Professional certifications in data analytics, data science, or audit are preferred. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include working with clients to design data visualizations, applying advanced data analytics and AI/machine learning methods, and developing consultative relationships with key business stakeholders. The role also requires the ability to influence change, strengthen governance and reporting processes, and support the evolution of the function in a highly regulated global environment. Experience with enterprise dashboard and reporting platforms, as well as a strong background in a wide range of analytics, BI, and big data technologies, is essential. The candidate should be a collaborative leader, capable of coaching and developing team members, and must demonstrate strong communication, persuasion, and decision-making skills.
