Managing Director, Cross-product Operations

The Company is seeking a Global Head of Cross-product Operations within Markets Operations. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing and driving the operational functions that support the company's markets and global treasury businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for regulatory reporting, collateral management, and static data, ensuring the delivery of seamless, efficient, and scalable post-trade operational support. Key responsibilities include setting the strategic direction for cross-product operations, leading global teams, and fostering a culture of operational excellence, process optimization, and strong risk management. The role also involves partnering with various business and corporate functions to align operational models with strategic priorities and business objectives. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 18 years' of leadership experience in capital markets, operations, risk management, finance, or a related discipline. Deep expertise in capital markets products, post-trade operations, operational risk, and regulatory reporting is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large global teams, driving operational excellence, and managing transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and a strategic, change management mindset are also required. The role demands a leader who can champion a culture of risk excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, and who is adept at establishing and maintaining a robust risk and control framework. An undergraduate degree is required, with an advanced degree and/or relevant professional qualifications preferred.
