Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to spearhead the global People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams, driving the people strategy to support the organization's ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership, responsible for shaping and implementing the vision for talent acquisition, HR business partnering, people operations, total rewards, talent management, learning and development, and HR transformation on a global scale. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling organizations, particularly in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, technology, or similar international business environments, and the ability to adapt global people practices to diverse employment landscapes. Key responsibilities for the CHRO include building and leading a global people organization, driving workforce design, and owning the global talent acquisition strategy. The role also involves shaping a culture of high performance, customer focus, and inclusion, and leading initiatives in talent development, succession planning, and learning programs. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in all aspects of the people function, from organizational design to people operations, and a strong background in HR technology, global payroll, EOR, fintech, or related fields. The CHRO will be expected to bring a practical leadership style, high integrity, and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
