Vice President, Employee Relations

The Company is seeking a Head of Employee Relations for India and APAC. This senior leadership role is pivotal in providing strategic, operational, and people leadership across the employee relations function in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of employee relations, ensuring alignment with global ER strategy and standards. This includes acting as a trusted advisor on complex and high-risk matters, providing case oversight, and managing conduct and risk in partnership with various internal teams. The role also involves leading a team of ER professionals, building manager capability, and strengthening employee engagement. Candidates for this role should have significant senior-level experience in employee relations, employment law, or HR advisory, ideally within a complex, global organization. The role requires a proven track record in managing high-risk, high-profile ER matters, and experience in operating within regulated environments. Strong judgment, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to balance global consistency with local cultural sensitivity. The Head of Employee Relations will also be expected to have a commercial, pragmatic approach with a strong risk and conduct mindset, and the ability to use data and technology to improve ER outcomes.
