Associate Vice President, Information Security Manager Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Information Security Manager to lead and develop a four-person security team and translate security priorities into measurable operational plans. Responsibilities include coordinating application security, security engineering, incident response, vulnerability management, and identity and access management; serving as an escalation point for security events; and integrating security throughout the software development lifecycle. The role also oversees enterprise security controls, access governance, audits, vendor relationships, operational metrics, and continuous improvement. Close collaboration with global technical, legal, risk, audit, and business teams is essential. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least seven years of progressive cybersecurity experience, and three or more years leading security professionals or complex initiatives. Required qualifications include broad expertise in security operations, incident response, IAM, application and cloud security, secure development, and enterprise platforms, along with experience supporting global teams, audits, and security frameworks. Strong judgment, hands-on technical leadership, clear business communication, and familiarity with security tools and responsible generative AI use are important. CISSP or CISM certification is required.
