The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Program Manager to shape and deliver complex, multi-year finance and operations technology initiatives. The role will lead programs spanning financial close, procurement, treasury, and fund accounting, translating business priorities into roadmaps, requirements, and delivery milestones. Responsibilities include overseeing enterprise platform implementations and integrations, establishing program governance, tracking budgets, risks, resources, and outcomes, and coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors. The successful candidate will advise senior finance and technology leaders, use data and AI-enabled analysis to improve decisions, and balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution. Candidates should have 15 or more years of financial services technology experience, including at least eight years leading large, complex programs. Deep practical experience with corporate finance platforms, such as ERP, procurement, treasury management, and fund accounting systems, is required, along with strong knowledge of finance and fund operations. Applicants should bring a record of delivering cross-functional, cross-regional programs and expertise in program governance, Agile and waterfall delivery, system integrations, modern architectures, and tools such as JIRA. Excellent problem-solving, communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to guide distributed teams and develop talent.
