The Company is seeking a Vice President for Client Implementation within its Investment Management COO organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding of new clients, managing complex change requests, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the overall client experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of clients into the company's core platforms, particularly in the areas of asset management, investment banking, or financial services operations. The VP will lead a high-performing team, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and promote a strong risk and control mindset. Collaboration with global stakeholders, including sales, relationship management, operations, technology, compliance, and legal, is essential to deliver successful client outcomes. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline, with at least 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. The role requires a professional with a strong understanding of the end-to-end client lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, servicing, and change management.
