Vice President, Internal Audit, Foundational Engineering Auditor Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Internal Audit with a focus on Foundational Engineering. The successful candidate will be part of the third line of defense, responsible for independently assessing the firm's internal control structure, including governance processes, risk management, and capital and anti-financial crime frameworks. This role involves raising awareness of control risk, monitoring the implementation of management's control measures, and communicating the effectiveness of the firm's controls to local and global management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology engineering, a proven technology audit background, and experience in cybersecurity. Responsibilities include scoping and planning audits, deploying audit and analytical procedures, and discussing results with management. Applicants for the Vice President, Internal Audit, Foundational Engineering Auditor position at the company should have more than 9 years' experience as a technology auditor, with a focus on IT application and general controls. Basic qualifications include experience in managing audit engagements and teams, a high level understanding of software development, system architecture, databases, operating systems, and proficiency in Excel and SQL. Preferred qualifications encompass a wide range of technical skills, including site reliability engineering, cloud computing, operating systems security and management, database administration, big data systems, web infrastructure technologies, and experience with relevant technology standards and regulations.
