The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead private equity fund accounting and investor services. The role serves as a key contact for limited partners, general partners, and investor relations teams, handling complex inquiries, tailored reporting, and investor-specific obligations. Responsibilities include overseeing financial statements, capital activity, valuations, regulatory reporting, and audit coordination, while strengthening controls and improving reporting processes. The Vice President will also enhance the investor experience, support systems and automation initiatives, and lead and develop a team of accounting professionals. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or ACA credentials are preferred. At least 10 years of experience in private equity fund accounting or alternative investments, including substantial client-facing work, is required. Applicants should bring expertise in US GAAP or IFRS, fund waterfalls, carried interest, and investor economics, along with familiarity with fund accounting platforms and reporting tools. Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential.
