The Company is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of its master data management platform. The role involves identifying high-value business needs, defining product capabilities and requirements, prioritizing investments, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, trusted, and reusable data. The successful candidate will partner with business, technology, governance, and operations stakeholders, while embedding data quality, ownership, security, privacy, and regulatory controls into the platform. Responsibilities also include driving adoption, measuring outcomes through KPIs and OKRs, and using industry trends to continually improve the product strategy. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in product management, data management, enterprise platforms, or a related field, including leadership of complex products at scale. Strong knowledge of master data management concepts and experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes are required. Applicants should understand modern data platforms, integration patterns, APIs, cloud technologies, and software delivery practices, and demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, managing dependencies and trade-offs, and delivering adoption and business value is essential; experience in regulated or financial environments is preferred. A degree in business, computer science, information systems, data management, engineering, or a related field is required.
