Chief of Staff

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and strategic execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting the company's strategy to its day-to-day operations, ensuring that the leadership team's priorities are aligned and that the strategy is effectively communicated and translated into action. This includes coordinating complex, cross-functional projects, and initiatives, and strengthening the operating rhythm through the management of leadership routines, meetings, and follow-ups. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in supporting the implementation of effective OKRs, preparing performance reviews, and surfacing and resolving issues to keep the business on track. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should possess strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex work against clear milestones. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to work credibly with a C-team and VP group. The role requires a proactive, collaborative, and delivery-focused mindset, with a practical, structured approach to problem-solving. Professional fluency in English is a must, and working proficiency in German or Dutch is an advantage.
