Chief of Staff

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to drive high-priority, organization-wide initiatives from planning through execution. The role includes coordinating executive meetings, managing strategic priorities and transformation efforts, and advising senior leadership with rigorous analysis and actionable insights. The Chief of Staff will shape the executive operating rhythm, support board and investor engagements, and connect teams across functions and regions to ensure alignment and effective delivery. Candidates should have at least 3–4 years of significant experience in management consulting or a senior strategic leadership role, along with a record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and data-driven judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels are essential. Experience in financial services, asset management, or financial technology is advantageous but not required.
