Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to take on a pivotal role in the transformation and development of its international finance organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall finance, accounting, and tax functions within the corporate group and its global subsidiaries. This includes leading the Senior Finance Leadership Team, ensuring high-quality IFRS group reporting, and managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning at the group level. The role also involves the establishment and enhancement of governance, risk management, and internal control structures, as well as strategic management of treasury, working capital, and special financial projects. A key focus is on the digitalization and transformation of the finance organization, with an emphasis on AI, automation, and data-driven management tools. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a strong educational background in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field, with additional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA being advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international finance leadership, with expertise in IFRS, consolidation, and capital market-oriented reporting. Experience in leading diverse, international teams and a high affinity for digital technologies, including AI applications and modern ERP and BI solutions, are essential. The role requires an entrepreneurial personality with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in both German and English. The position is based in Berlin or Zurich and may involve travel between the two locations.
