Head of Logistics

The Company is seeking a Head of Logistics to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and management of a team of 20-30 employees in the outgoing goods department. This role requires an active presence and direct team management to ensure the smooth operation of logistics across two shifts. The Head of Logistics will also be involved in conducting employee and disciplinary discussions in both English and German, and will work closely with the logistics management team and procurement. Applicants for the Head of Logistics position at the company should have a background in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership in a logistics environment.
