Head of Logistics

The Company is seeking a Head of Logistics to lead and manage a team of 20-30 employees in the outgoing goods department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the active presence and direct management of the team, ensuring the smooth operation of logistics across two shifts. This role requires the ability to conduct both employee and disciplinary discussions in English and German, as well as close cooperation with the logistics management team and procurement. Applicants for the Head of Logistics position at the company should have a background in leadership within a logistics environment and possess business-fluent English skills at a native level for challenging discussions. A passion for active people management, high stress resistance, and resilience in a dynamic, multicultural environment are essential.
