The successful candidate will be a key leader, responsible for the daily operations of the hospice, including budgeting, planning, staffing, and ensuring compliance with legal and healthcare standards. This role demands a passionate individual who can make a meaningful impact by supporting patients, families, and care teams throughout the hospice journey. The Executive Director will be tasked with promoting high-quality, compassionate care, and fostering a team-based approach by overseeing and strengthening collaboration across interdisciplinary teams. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, with a Master's degree in healthcare or a related field preferred.
