Managing Director

The Company is in search of a Managing Director to spearhead its next phase of growth and performance. The successful candidate will be tasked with shaping the company's strategy and performance, leading a medium-sized business with a clear focus on growth and value creation, and maintaining full P&L ownership and autonomy. This pivotal role demands a leader who can oversee commercial strategy, operational delivery, financial results, and organizational development, all while working in close partnership with the Board to accelerate growth and strengthen customer relationships. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should be proven commercial leaders with a strong background in driving growth, improving business performance, and leading high-performing teams within a service-led environment. The role requires a candidate with a robust track record in P&L ownership, strategic execution, and operational leadership, capable of translating commercial opportunities into sustainable business results. While experience in the fire protection, security, or wider technical services sectors is highly desirable, individuals from comparable service-led businesses with significant commercial and operational complexity will also be considered.
