This role involves performing comprehensive collateral valuations, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the underwriting team to assess new lending opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial real estate lending, valuation, or underwriting, with a strong educational foundation and a proactive, can-do attitude. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in commercial real estate lending, valuation, or underwriting, and a Bachelor's degree with a proven track record of performance and leadership. Technical skills in real estate financial modeling and advanced Excel are required, as is the ability to communicate complex market data effectively.
