Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a hands-on finance leader to drive financial planning, reporting, and operational improvements in support of business growth and performance. The role includes strengthening financial processes and controls, improving systems, and using data to inform decisions. The successful candidate will partner closely with operations and sales and contribute beyond core finance responsibilities. Candidates should have at least eight years of relevant experience and prior experience as a Controller, Director of Finance, or in a similar leadership role. Strong expertise in accounting and financial leadership, along with a collaborative, data-driven approach, is required. Experience in private equity is preferred but not essential. Background in distribution, e-commerce, or another inventory-intensive business is also preferred, including familiarity with landed costs, freight, and tariffs.
